Providing our customers with a safe and secure shopping experience is not only critical for us, we take extra measures to ensure your credit card transactions are encrypted, and secure to protect you & your information with the strong support of eCrater platform. On our part at Cyber Deals KC, we will never sell or provide your information to an outside party.
All products we carry and sell are brand new, in tip top great quality condition and free of major defects. Occasionally, we do put up "open box" items, and in this situation, we would label this as used items and update a new price.
If for some reasons, you find any problems or receive defective goods from us, please let us know, preferably with photo evidence and some feedback from your experience. We will then follow up with you on further instruction in returning the products back to us.
You may return your order to Cyber Deals KC within 72 hours of receiving the order if they are defective. You will receive replacement goods via the same shipping service you chose during check out.
Estimated delivery dates are provided at the check out and are not guaranteed. When available you will be provided tracking information
Cyber Deals KC currently are working on our online payment that accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We are in the progress of updating this function. Meantime, we only do local delivery in the Midwest.
Please note we do not ship COD.
We do not currently offer international shipping and can’t accept credit cards from outside of the United States.
We will remove the out of stock items from your order ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged for the out of stock items.

Yes, prices for all listed products on our Ecrater online marketplace come with free shipping. However, please do note that our free shipping only covers 48 states in United States. Customers living in the following states of Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK) and Puerto Rico (PR) must contact us for shipping quote before purchasing.
