Terms of Service

Refunds are accepted within 1 week (7 days) of purchase. If you return merchandise for whatever reason, you must contact us prior to doing so, any item returned without our knowledge will be discarded or donated to charity at your expense. All merchandise returned must be postmarked before the end of the 7 day period. Merchandise returned after the 7 day period will be refused or sent back at your expense.
Unless you receive a defective item from us, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping both ways is at the buyers expense.
Electronics carry a manufacturers warranty and must be sent to us for repair/exchange, no returns on electronics. If you have any further questions, please send us a message via eCrater platform.
